By accessing or using CREAM (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
CREAM is a personal net worth tracking application that aggregates your financial data from various sources into a single dashboard. The Service is read-only — we display your financial information but never initiate transactions, trades, transfers, or payments on your behalf.
CREAM supports traditional assets (stocks, crypto, bank accounts) and alternative assets (sneakers, watches, trading cards, luxury fashion) through integrations with third-party data providers and financial services.
To use CREAM, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to:
CREAM connects to third-party services including Plaid (for bank and brokerage data), cryptocurrency APIs, and various pricing services. By using these integrations, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.
When you connect a financial account through Plaid, you authorize Plaid to access your financial data on your behalf and share it with CREAM for display purposes only.
CREAM is a portfolio tracking tool, not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service. Nothing displayed in CREAM constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. All valuations are estimates based on third-party market data and may not reflect actual sale prices. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown in the Service. Market prices, asset valuations, and account balances are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable at times. CREAM is not responsible for any decisions made based on data displayed in the Service.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CREAM and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREAM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
